In the design of these four Townhomes, Portfolio consulted extensively with Windcliff Properties, Inc. to insure that the features are perfectly designed for luxury Vacation Rentals. Due to topographical, site, and view considerations, each three bedroom unit is designed uniquely, featuring: Unobstructed views of the Continental Divide Both Great Rooms & Media Rooms for informal gatherings Gourmet Kitchens with Pantry & Wet Bar Generous Decks for casual outdoor living Two sumptuous Master Suites (per Unit) with fireplaces The strong verticality and window design reflects the Architectural Vernacular of the Colorado “mineshaft”, which blends perfectly with these rugged Windcliff Rocky Mountain sites. The interiors feature double-height timber-truss framing at the Entries, Great Rooms, and elsewhere, emulating the rustic tradition of the Grand Lodges, Summer Camps, and other buildings of the Western National Parks ... ”Parkitecture”.
